After the conclusion of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025), the attention will switch to the Indian Cricket Team. Rohit Sharma and his boys will set sail to England to play a crucial 5-match Test series for the World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-217 cycle. In the meantime, reports claim that India's U19 team will also travel to England.
The young guns are slated to take on the young Three Lions in 5 one-dayers and 2 unofficial Test match series. Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Ayush Mhatre, the two youngsters who are hogging the limelight for their recent exploits, are reported to be a part of the U19 squad.

Youngsters set for big tour reward
On the flip side, the Indian women's cricket team and the mixed disability team will also be touring England this summer. 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi and 17-year-old Ayush Mhatre, along with other youngsters, are expected to be a part of the U19 squad after their impressive returns in IPL 2025.
“The India Under-19 boys will tour England this summer. The team will reach the UK on June 21," a BCCI source was quoted as saying by the Times of India.
Both Suryavanshi and Mahtre played for the India U19 squad in the U19 Asia Cup last December. But now, all the attention will be on the upcoming ICC U19 World Cup slated to take place in Zimbabwe and Namibia in the coming year.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi lights up IPL 2025
Talk about setting the stage on fire! And young Vaibhab Suryavanshi did just that. The 14-year-old lad had previously breached the record of being the youngest debutant in the history of the IPL. And now, he has become the second-fastest batter to slam a century in the league.
The southpaw helped his side, Rajasthan Royals, remain alive in the hunt for the IPL 2025 playoffs. His blistering knock helped RR ensure a dominant 8-wicket victory over Gujarat Titans.
The young batter hammered 101 runs from just 38 deliveries, which included 7 fours and 11 sixes, to help his side secure a 210-run chase in 15.5 overs.
